People were protected from abuse risks, which were regularly assessed and reviewed as needs changed. However, some staff lacked full awareness of individual risk assessment details. The building was well maintained with appropriate health and safety assessments in place. The home employed sufficient staff who received appropriate training and were recruited safely, working effectively with visiting professionals.
