Aspray House

Aspray House is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to younger and older adults across four units, including people living with dementia. At the time of assessment, 51 people were using the service.

The CQC found the home to be good overall. Risks were well assessed, staff understood their safeguarding duties, and recruitment and training were robust. People and relatives spoke positively about the caring, knowledgeable staff, personalised care plans and varied activities.

This followed a previous assessment where improvements were needed around safety and governance, and inspectors found these had since been addressed.
