Aspray House

Aspray House provides personal and nursing care to younger and older adults, including those living with dementia, across four separate units in one adapted building. At the time of inspection, 63 people were using the service. The home conducts building and equipment safety checks to keep people, visitors and staff safe. Residents have risk assessments in place to mitigate potential harms, and safe recruitment practices ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet people's needs. The provider maintains systems to protect people from infection risks, manages medicines safely, and ensures staff understand how to report safeguarding concerns. The home has established processes to learn lessons from accidents and incidents.
