Chestnut Manor Care Home supports up to 60 older people, some with dementia care needs. At inspection, 29 residents were living there across two floors with adapted facilities and en-suite rooms. People spoke positively about the care and support they received from staff and management.

Staff felt motivated and encouraged to provide personalised services, creating a positive culture of equality, diversity and inclusion. Residents were safe with effective systems in place to protect them from abuse. Potential risks were properly assessed and monitored, and staff were recruited safely with sufficient numbers on hand.
