One relative observed, "One of the first things I noticed about the home is that all the staff care about [person], from the cleaners to the manager. " A resident said, "This is a good home, I am happy here.

" Staff spoke positively about managers, describing them as approachable and supportive, with management restructuring identified as instrumental in driving these improvements.
