The home maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Staff wore personal protective equipment appropriately, with clear information available on its correct use. Established processes guide staff in putting on, taking off and disposing of PPE when entering and leaving the home. COVID-19 testing was being carried out in line with guidance, with staff regularly tested.
