Tyne Grange

Tyne Grange provides nursing and personal care for up to 21 people with mental health needs, with 18 people living there at the time of the assessment. The CQC rated the home outstanding overall, with particularly strong findings in how responsive and caring the service was.

Inspectors found staff knew people exceptionally well, offering bespoke communication support, matched keyworkers and goal focused recovery plans. People described feeling safe, respected and genuinely listened to, with feedback shaping improvements to meals, activities and staffing. Multi disciplinary working and proactive support helped people achieve strong, personalised outcomes throughout their care.
