Tyne Grange

Tyne Grange provides personal and nursing care to up to 22 people, supporting younger and older adults with enduring mental health or physical needs. The service is exceptionally well led, with the registered manager driving a truly person-centred vision that places people at the heart of everything they do. Staff work collaboratively with other professionals to meet complex needs and maintain placements wherever possible.
