Ashmount

Ashmount provides personal and nursing care to five people with learning disabilities and autism, with capacity for up to seven residents. The service delivers planned, coordinated support tailored to each person's needs, emphasizing person-centered care that promotes meaningful lives, control, choice, and independence. Staff support residents to achieve the best possible outcomes through inclusive practices designed to enable people to live as full a life as possible.
