Oakfield Croft

Oakfield Croft is a purpose-built nursing home providing personal and nursing care to 25 people aged 65 and over, with capacity for up to 60 residents. The home operates across three floors, with the ground floor offering residential support and the first floor dedicated to dementia care. The second floor remains unopened and will provide nursing care. All residents have single rooms with ensuite facilities, and shared adaptive bathrooms are available on each floor. The home includes resident lounges, a cinema and bar, a café area, and an on-site hairdresser salon.

Individual care plans and risk assessments identify each person's specific needs, with staff provided clear guidance on how to meet these requirements. Residents receive support to maintain their health and wellbeing as part of their personalized care packages.
