Staff were described as caring and attentive, medicines governance was strong, and leaders promoted a culture of respect, choice and continuous improvement.

Families felt relatives were safe and treated with dignity, and praised continuity from long-standing staff. Some felt activity planning could be more ambitious and less staff-led, and communication was inconsistent, with feedback not always leading to lasting change. Inspectors noted these were areas for further development rather than significant concerns.
