Ashgreen House Residential and Nursing Home

Ashgreen House provides personal and nursing care to older adults across four floors and five units, accommodating up to 52 people with one unit specialising in dementia care. At inspection, 41 people were using the service.

Residents and relatives reported that the service had improved and was meeting their individual needs. People were protected from avoidable harm, with sufficient staffing levels on each unit to safely meet care needs. Accidents and incidents were reported, recorded and analysed, with lessons learnt shared among staff to prevent future occurrences.
