Ashdowne Care Centre

Ashdowne Care Centre accommodates up to 60 people in Tiverton across two linked buildings. The Ashdowne unit primarily serves older people with physical disabilities, whilst the Pinnexmoor unit supports older people with dementia or mental health needs. Each unit operates independently with its own staff team, communal spaces, and secure garden areas for residents to use.

Residents on the Ashdowne unit expressed concerns about staffing levels, reporting they did not always feel there were enough staff on duty to meet their needs.
