The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding that people felt safe and well cared for, with attentive, kind staff who knew residents well and responded appropriately to safeguarding concerns.

Relatives and professionals gave largely positive feedback, praising the training and dedication of staff and the quality of care for complex, long-term residents. A small number of relatives and professionals suggested more individual, meaningful activities and better communication, and the home was recruiting an activities co-ordinator to address this.
