Hay House Nursing Home

Hay House Nursing Home provides nursing care and accommodation for up to 35 older people, most of whom live with dementia. The home was at full capacity at the time of inspection.

The service has prioritised maintaining residents' connections with family and friends, facilitating outdoor visits and supporting contact through technology and phone calls. The home is preparing to enable indoor visits by appointment using a purpose-made screen in the conservatory, with cleaning schedules and a fogging machine planned between visits to maintain safety protocols.
