Ashcroft Hollow Care Home

Ashcroft Hollow Care Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 45 people aged 65 and over, including some living with dementia. At inspection, 38 people were using the service in one adapted building.

The home has made notable improvements with up-to-date risk assessments in place that reflect current needs and are regularly reviewed. Staff are trained to recognise and report abuse, and there are enough staff who have been safely recruited. The provider has effective systems for managing medicines safely and maintains strong infection prevention and control measures.
