Arun Lodge Residential Care Home

Arun Lodge provides personal care for up to 19 people in one adapted building. At inspection, 17 people were living there. Staff had the skills and knowledge to meet people's needs safely and provided appropriate care and support.

However, quality assurance systems needed strengthening. While the registered manager regularly checked medicines records, they did not record their findings, which meant the provider could not adequately demonstrate actions to mitigate risk and show improvements to the quality of service people received.
