This care home provides personal and nursing care for up to 60 younger adults, older people, those living with dementia and people with physical disabilities. At the time of inspection, 51 people were living there, including some in intermediate care beds for those transitioning from hospital. The home had implemented several safety measures including screening visitors for COVID-19 symptoms, recording temperatures and requiring lateral flow tests to ensure visits took place safely.

A visiting pod with clear glass partitioning allowed people and visitors to spend time together safely, with an extra staff member coordinating visits and cleaning between use. Computer tablets had been purchased to help residents maintain contact with loved ones through video calls.
