The home has implemented strong infection control measures, including a visitor screening procedure that requires temperature checks and lateral flow tests before visits. Visitors receive PPE and information about the home's visiting expectations prior to arrival.

A partitioned visiting pod with a clear glass screen allows residents and visitors to spend time together safely.
