The Royal Star & Garter Homes - Solihull

The Royal Star & Garter provides personal and nursing care to up to 60 people aged 65 and over, some of whom live with dementia. The purpose-built home is divided into four houses called Linley, Roundel, Whiteley and Croucher, and also hosts a day club for people from the local community. At inspection, 59 people were living at the service.

The home delivers exceptionally personalised and responsive care, with staff going above and beyond expectations to meet individual wishes and needs. The strong person-centred culture enables people to live their lives to the full. The service has won several awards for its outstanding commitment to making a positive difference to people's lives, and is led by a passionate management team. Excellent governance systems are embedded throughout the organisation.
