At inspection, 30 people were resident at the home.

Inspectors found significant concerns regarding safety. People were not consistently protected from the risk of harm, and medicines were not always managed safely or in line with best practice. The provider was not following safe recruitment practices. Infection control practices required improvement, with inspectors only somewhat assured by current procedures.
