People felt safe and described staff as kind and attentive. Risks were properly assessed and mitigated, with staff following safeguarding guidelines and able to identify and report potential abuse. Medicines were managed safely.

People complimented the quality of care, particularly praising the food and the compassionate support from staff. Visitors confirmed that the care provided was very good.
