Apple Tree House

Apple Tree House is a residential service supporting younger adults with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding staff kind, caring and person-centred, with people supported to make choices, keep in touch with family and take part in community activities such as walks and drives.

Inspectors found the home had resolved previous breaches around safeguarding, environmental risk and governance, though quality monitoring still needed further development. Some record-keeping gaps around mental capacity and staffing levels for community access were noted, but these had not affected care. Relatives gave largely positive feedback, describing loved ones as settled and well supported.
