Annefield House Limited

Annefield House provides residential care and support for 17 people with mental health needs, accommodating residents across three floors in a Derby residential area. At the time of inspection, 16 people were using the service. People felt safe and reported that staff demonstrated good understanding of how to identify and report safeguarding concerns.

The service's physical environment required some improvements, with worn carpets on stairs leading to bedrooms and furniture needing replacement. Inspectors recommended these issues be addressed as part of a refurbishment programme. Residents had varying degrees of capacity and were supported appropriately within the service.
