Southover Care Home

This residential care home provides personal care to up to 22 older people, including those with physical disabilities or sensory impairments. At inspection, 17 people were using the service.

People are protected from abuse through systems that assess and monitor risks. Staff are described as kind and knowledgeable about the people they support, according to residents and their relatives. Medicines are administered safely, and the home has measures in place to minimise infection spread. The registered manager and management team investigate and review all incidents and accidents.
