Manorfields provides personal care for up to 40 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 35 people were using the service. Window restrictors had not been fitted to two smaller windows in bedrooms, though the registered manager resolved this during the inspection. The home manages most medicines administration safely, with people receiving their medicines when needed, though further work was needed to ensure topical creams were applied safely. Risk assessments and care plans are kept up to date to reduce risks to people's health and wellbeing, and the home has processes supporting safe recruitment of staff.
