The service operates from a large property deliberately designed without identifying signs, intercoms, or cameras to maintain a domestic appearance. Staff are discouraged from wearing uniforms when accompanying residents in the community.

The home aims to enable young people with learning disabilities and autism to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence.
