The provider maintains adequate staffing levels and ensures staff are of good character, with all trained to keep people safe and respond appropriately to any safeguarding concerns.

The premises are clean and well-maintained, with no restrictions on family and friends visiting. Inspectors made recommendations about recruitment documentation, personal emergency evacuation plans, and mealtimes support to further improve care quality.
