Anjulita Court provides personal and nursing care to up to 62 older people. During inspection, 49 residents were in residence. The home implemented comprehensive COVID-19 safety measures, including requiring negative rapid tests for visitors and vaccination status checks for external professionals. Staff supplied personal protective equipment with clear usage guidance displayed throughout the facility. Residents could nominate an essential caregiver who received enhanced testing protocols. The home supported communication between families and residents through multiple methods including emails, telephone calls and video calls. Easy-read pictorial posters helped residents understand PPE, hand hygiene and COVID-19 testing procedures, supporting those with additional communication needs.
