Amphion View Limited

Amphion View is a residential care home providing personal care to 31 people, with capacity for up to 35 residents. Some people using the service are living with dementia. The home has improved its quality assurance systems, with a range of audits now in place to identify and address issues. Risk management systems associated with people's care have also improved and are managed safely. Staff know people well and support them according to their current needs, and the provider has addressed previous training concerns by ensuring staff receive appropriate training to develop the knowledge and skills required for their roles.
