Inspectors identified risks that were not always effectively managed. Nutrition needs were identified for residents, but fortified snacks and fluids were not consistently recorded, and people were not always offered their preferred choice of drink. Infection prevention and control practices and policies were not always followed. The inspection found many areas that were not clean and areas that were not well-maintained.
