Alexandra Nursing Home - Poulton-le-Fylde

Alexandra Nursing Home provides residential and nursing care for up to 117 people across four units designed for different levels of need, including those requiring nursing care and people living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 80 people were living at the home. A new senior management team and manager had recently been appointed and were implementing systems to assess, monitor and improve the service. People, relatives and staff reported seeing positive changes, with staff demonstrating good understanding of their roles and delivering caring, person-centred support.
