The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding a welcoming, personalised environment, person-centred care, and staff who knew residents well. Leadership was approachable, and a previous governance breach had been resolved.

Inspectors did note errors in medicines room temperature recording, quickly addressed by the registered manager, and found some staff lacked confidence raising concerns. Residents and families praised the food, activities, laundry service and homely atmosphere, describing staff as kind, patient and respectful.
