Albany House - Stratford-upon-Avon

Albany House provides accommodation with nursing and personal care for up to eight people with mental health illness. The service specializes in aftercare services for people who have been detained under the Mental Health Act and subsequently discharged from certain sections. At the time of inspection, eight people were resident, though one was in hospital.

The home had sufficient staff to meet people's assessed needs and support their planned activities. Risks affecting people's daily lives, both within the home and in the community, were properly documented.
