Abbey House - Morden

Abbey House – Morden is a care home for up to 12 people with mental health needs. At the time of inspection, 10 people were using the service. Inspectors received positive feedback from residents and their relatives about the care and support they received.

People told inspectors they felt safe living at the home. The provider carried out risk assessments to help keep residents safe and supported their wellbeing. Staff worked to understand individual needs and provided person-centred care. Residents and relatives praised the supportive environment and quality of care provided at the home.
