Lona Lodge

Lona Lodge provides personal care to up to four adults with mental health needs, supporting them towards greater independence in the community. The average stay is approximately two years, after which residents typically move to more independent living arrangements. At inspection, three people were using the service.

The service demonstrates exceptional leadership, with the nominated individual and registered manager driving a person-centred approach that puts residents at the heart of care. Staff are empowered to contribute fully to this model, enabling people with complex needs to achieve their hopes and goals.
