Abbey Dean

Abbey Dean provides personal care for up to 18 people in an adapted building with private bedrooms and shared communal areas. On inspection, 16 people were living at the home, including some with dementia, frailty, or physical disabilities. Following a previous inspection where a breach of regulation 13 was identified regarding unlawful deprivation of liberty, the registered manager implemented improvement actions to address this issue. At this inspection, inspectors found that the requirements of regulation 13 had been met and there was no evidence of serious risks or concerns. The service continues to be rated Good.
