37 Coleraine Road provides accommodation and personal care support for up to four people with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, and mental health needs. The service is set in an adapted house spread across three floors, with communal areas on the ground floor including a kitchen, dining room and living room. At the time of inspection, the home was supporting four residents.

The provider had previously been in breach of regulations relating to good governance but made sufficient improvements to bring the service into compliance. The home demonstrated it could effectively address the concerns raised and maintain appropriate standards of management and operation.
