Green Lanes Projects is a six bed care home that supports people with learning disabilities. At the time of inspection, all six residents were living in the home and experiencing good care and support. Staff demonstrated excellent knowledge of residents' individual needs, preferences and daily routines, and supported people to live safe and meaningful lives in the way they wanted.

Residents received support with healthy eating and specialist diets when required, with those needing assistance actively involved in making food choices.

Staff spoke positively about the home's culture and management, saying they enjoyed working there and felt encouraged to openly discuss any issues. Support staff demonstrated a clear understanding of safeguarding procedures and how they would protect residents if concerns arose.
