3 The Green

The care home provides personal and nursing care for seven people, with capacity for up to eight residents. People using the service have a learning disability and/or autism. Staff support residents to access their local communities and enable them to make choices about their daily lives. The home maintains a focus on ensuring residents receive respectful, dignified care that promotes their independence and equality.
