Residents and relatives feel safe at the service. One person said, "I am safe here. There's always someone looking out for me," while a relative commented, "The impact the service has had on our lives as parents is huge. We feel confident and comfortable that they are safe."

People are safeguarded from potential harm and abuse. Staff have received safeguarding training and can identify different types of abuse and warning signs. Staff look for changes in behaviour such as withdrawal or declining participation in activities. They feel confident raising any concerns, knowing these will be acted upon by management, with escalation to CQC, police, or safeguarding services available if needed.
