York Road

York Road provides personal care for up to fourteen adults with forensic mental health needs, supporting residents to live more independently in the community. At inspection, twelve people were using the service.

Staff demonstrated strong safeguarding practices and knew how to raise concerns appropriately. Care and support plans were tailored to address individual needs and risks, with staff assisting people to work towards independence goals. People were kept safe through effective processes and oversight.
