The Cherry Tree is a residential care home supporting a small number of people with learning disabilities and mental health needs. The CQC found the service was performing well overall, rated Good. There were enough staff to meet people's needs, and they understood how to protect people from abuse, with medicines managed safely and care plans reflecting individual communication and health needs.

Inspectors found people were treated with kindness and involved in planning their own care, with support to pursue goals, activities and community life. Family members spoke positively, describing a family feel and staff who knew people well. Minor issues around consent processes were addressed promptly by the management team.
