Yewdale Farm

Yewdale Farm provides residential care and accommodation for up to nine people with learning disabilities and autism, with four residents in residence at inspection. Each person has their own bedroom and access to shared kitchen and communal spaces. The service also offers supported living accommodation and delivers personal care support in people's own homes, with one person receiving care through this arrangement.

Inspectors observed that residents are supported to maintain respect, equality and dignity. The home enables people to make choices about their daily lives and supports them to access their local communities. Staff work to promote independence and ensure people have good access to activities and support outside the home.
