Staff are confident that any concerns about abuse or poor care are robustly addressed, ensuring people are protected.

People's individual needs are fully assessed and reflected in their care plans. The registered manager acknowledged that some care plans required updating following a transition from paper to digital systems and identified this as a priority to ensure records remain current. The service demonstrates its commitment to the principles of respect, equality, dignity, and independence for the people it supports, enabling them to exercise choice and access local communities.
