Yeovil - Sherborne House Care Home

Sherborne House provides personal and nursing care for older people and those living with dementia, accommodating up to 38 residents. At inspection, 31 people lived at the home. The service includes a separate unit called "The Wing," which housed 8 residents and provided post-hospital assessment before discharge to home or alternative accommodation. The Wing was staffed by two NHS professionals—an occupational therapist and physiotherapist—who conducted needs assessments, while Altogether Care LLP provided accommodation and care staff to deliver the regulated activities.
