Wyngate Residential Care Home

Wyngate provides personal and nursing care for up to 26 older people, including those living with dementia or physical illness. At inspection, 22 residents were living at the home. Staff demonstrated good understanding of safeguarding and supported people safely, with risk assessments in place to protect residents. Medicines were managed safely and staff followed good infection prevention and control practices. The registered manager had quality monitoring processes to review care standards, and staff were responsive to residents and their relatives. The home worked effectively with external health professionals to support people's wellbeing.
