Wrottesley Park House Care Home

Wrottesley Park House Care Home is a nursing home supporting adults of all ages living with dementia, nursing needs, physical disabilities, learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder. The CQC carried out this assessment after receiving information of concern, and found the service was performing well overall, rated Good.

Inspectors found people received safe, individualised care, with good medicines management, infection control and safe recruitment and training of staff. Some improvements were needed around consent, including CCTV use, and staff interaction at busier times, though feedback from people and relatives was largely positive about the care and support provided.
