Wrottesley Park House Care Home

Wrottesley Park House is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to adults with physical and learning disabilities. At the time of inspection, the home was supporting 46 people across four separate wings, each with adapted facilities. Three ground floor wings were occupied, while the fourth wing on the first floor remained unused.

Inspectors found concerns with medicines management practices. Staff had not consistently followed the provider's own processes for recording medicine administration, and improvements were needed in how medicines were stored. A recommendation was made regarding the management of certain medicines.
