Eversleigh Care Centre

Eversleigh Care Centre provides personal care and support to older people, including those with care and support needs requiring assistance with daily living. The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding improvements had been made since the last inspection.

Inspectors found enough staff were in place to support people safely, medicines were managed correctly, and staff understood people's needs well. People described staff as kind and caring, and felt able to raise concerns. However, further work was needed on management oversight and consistency, and feedback about mealtimes and food quality was not always positive.
