Eversleigh Care Centre

Eversleigh Care Centre provides personal and nursing care for up to 84 older people, including those living with dementia or physical disabilities. At the time of inspection, 49 people were using the service, which operates across three separate units with adapted facilities, though only two units were in use.

The home had significant concerns with care documentation and medicine administration. Systems to monitor care delivery were not effective in identifying and addressing gaps in records. People did not always have their medicines administration properly documented, and care records were incomplete, creating risks to safe and effective care provision.
