Woodside Farm House

Woodside Farm House provides care for up to eight people with learning disabilities and autism, with seven residents at the time of inspection. Three people live in self-contained accommodation at the rear of the main house. The service is part of the Potens group, a national provider offering health and social care support for children and adults with disabilities and complex needs.
