Woodlands Care Home

This residential care home accommodates up to 56 people and provides personal care and support for those living with dementia and mental health conditions. At inspection, 42 people were using the service.

Inspectors found ongoing concerns about the quality of care and governance. Medicine administration did not consistently follow prescribers' instructions, and risks to people were not always properly managed. Care plans required improvement, and staff skills and competency were identified as areas needing development. The home had not adequately learned from accidents and incidents to identify training needs or address emerging patterns.
