Woodland House provides personal care for up to six people with learning disabilities and autism spectrum disorders. The home maintains a discreet presence in the community, with no identifying signage, cameras, or industrial bins outside, and staff are encouraged to wear regular clothes rather than uniforms. Inspectors found people were safe, with adequate staffing numbers and staff who understood residents' needs well, though not all had received training on specific health conditions. Staff supported people with medicines and coordinated with external health and social care professionals to maintain residents' wellbeing. While the home offered food choices and health support, inspectors noted that infection prevention and control systems required some improvement.
