Woodgrange

Woodgrange provides personal and nursing care to up to 64 people in Bourne, with three specialised areas serving people living with dementia, those requiring nursing care, and those needing residential support. At inspection, 51 people were using the service.

The home has quality assurance systems in place, though these are not always used effectively. Inspectors found some kitchen areas were unclean and water outlets had limescale buildup. While care staff supported people to eat in a caring and dignified manner, they did not always wash or sanitise their hands before supporting the next person.
